The vértigo cocktail is a delightful creation made for Vertmouth by Pablo Gallut.
Here’s how to do it:
Ingredients:
- 90ml Vertmouth
- 1 slice of green pepper
- 1 dash of Ancho Reyes (green)
- 1-2 ice rocks

How to do it:

Prep the glass: Mix some dehydrated green pepper powder with a bit of salt and sugar. Rim your glass with this mix. It adds a nice kick.

Mix it up: Grab a mixing glass and throw in 90ml of Vertmouth, a slice of green pepper, and a dash of Ancho Reyes (green).

Add Ice: Toss in 1-2 ice rocks.

Serve: Pour the mix into your prepped glass.
