The vértigo cocktail is a delightful creation made for Vertmouth by Pablo Gallut.

Here’s how to do it:

Ingredients:

  • 90ml Vertmouth
  • 1 slice of green pepper
  • 1 dash of Ancho Reyes (green)
  • 1-2 ice rocks

How to do it:

  1. Prep the glass: Mix some dehydrated green pepper powder with a bit of salt and sugar. Rim your glass with this mix. It adds a nice kick.

  2. Mix it up: Grab a mixing glass and throw in 90ml of Vertmouth, a slice of green pepper, and a dash of Ancho Reyes (green).

  3. Add Ice: Toss in 1-2 ice rocks.

  4. Serve: Pour the mix into your prepped glass.
